Senior HVAC Technician

$5000-$7500 Sign On Bonus depending on experience. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. Requirements
- Proficient in air conditioning installation and repair techniques.
- Strong understanding of schematics and technical documentation related to HVAC systems.
- Experience with welding techniques for metal components.
- Knowledgeable in refrigerant handling practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with appliance repair related to HVAC systems is a plus.
- Basic plumbing skills are beneficial for integrated systems work.
- Ability to utilize diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter for troubleshooting electrical components.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Weld components as necessary for repairs or installations.
- Conduct refrigerant recovery and recharge as per regulations.
- Provide field service support by responding to service calls in a timely manner.
- Repair appliances related to HVAC systems as needed.
- Assist with plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations or repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used during service calls.
- Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
