About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Industrial Engineer Technician! In this role, you'll work closely with experienced engineers, playing a vital part in planning and executing innovative projects. Requirements

Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) access.

Nice To Haves

Jira knowledge a plus.
SAP experience.
Experience with Solumina.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (developing macros etc.).

Responsibilities

Support Manufacturing Engineering in daily tasks including but not limited to: JIRA Issue creation, TPM Maintenance, Process Audits, Photo capture/video recording key processes for training & Competent Authority.
Prepare charts, graphs, or diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilization.
Create and close out Run & Holds for production only process deviations, manufacturing procedures (MP’s & ATP’s) & liaison for approvals while managing Run and Hold spreadsheets.
Update/Create Routers for Standard Processes and update MBOMs (Manufacturing Bill of Materials).
Process TOOL drawing changes in PDM (Product Data Manager).
Process released COs in CSI on drawing/document updates and WITI SP on MP/ATP/PJT/JT/STD updates.
Create & Maintain process plans for MES program (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
Host the Operations Change Control Process running periodic meetings.
