We are seeking a Senior Insurance Contract Review Specialist to provide advanced contractual risk analysis and technical leadership within this high-impact practice. Drive results for clients utilizing cutting edge digital contract review management tools and emerging AI. Provide premium insurance contract review services for clients that highly value this service. Perform detailed review of indemnification, additional insured, waiver of subrogation, primary and non-contributory, limitation of liability, and other key risk allocation provisions. Analyze insurance requirements within commercial agreements and assess alignment with clients’ general liability and other commercial insurance programs. Provide strategic recommendations to risk management clients to strengthen contractual protections and minimize uninsured exposure. Interpret complex contractual insurance language to evaluate and explain contractual risk implications. Partner with internal consultants, producers, and client service teams to support large and exciting complex client engagements. Develop cutting edge coverage comparison charts, contract review summaries, and client-facing technical deliverables. Support digital infrastructure and emerging risk projects where contractual risk transfer is critical. Ensure high-quality, timely, and defensible work product that reflects senior-level technical authority. Adhere to company policies for timekeeping, expense reporting, and billing. Requirements

Drive to utilize your expertise in insurance provision contract review at the highest level.
Strong general liability coverage expertise (required).
5–10+ years of experience in insurance contract review, coverage analysis, risk management, insurance brokerage, consulting, or law.
Extensive experience reviewing indemnity and insurance provisions in commercial contracts.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Lead complex contract reviews with minimal oversight.
