Pure Storage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Integrated Marketing Manager. This role will be focused on developing effective campaign strategies, plans, and leading a cross-functional campaign team to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
  • Leverage market research, customer insights, and industry trends to inform campaign strategies.
  • Identify and prioritize marketing channels and tactics to achieve campaign goals.
  • Assist in the development of campaign budgets and timelines.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through KPIs and metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Help manage the integrated campaign budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Drive many of the cross-functional campaign rhythms and workflows that underpin a strong integrated marketing motion
  • Develop and implement internal communication programs to ensure alignment and engagement across the marketing organization and our stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and open communication within the marketing team.
  • Communicate campaign strategies and results to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and consistent messaging.
  • Continually optimize workflows with cross functional marketing teams and help manage change to ensure overall alignment process for campaigns/programs (MOPS, Digital, Web, Email, Brand).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in integrated marketing and campaign strategy development, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of B2B technology marketing, preferably in the IT, data storage, or cloud computing industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology tools and analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Experience with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
