Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align to company goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Lead the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, and print.
  • Partner with product marketing teams to shape campaign messaging and positioning that differentiate Skyhigh Security’s solutions and address key market needs.
  • Take an account-based approach identifying and building target segments; aligning to Skyhigh’s ICP and target personas.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution to analysis and reporting.
  • Distill complex messaging from product marketing and leverage across multiple channels while enabling sales teams.
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement improvements.
  • Research and conduct analysis to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Creative, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with Sales and Sales Leadership to manage, track, and report on pipeline and bookings targets for campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 5 – 8+ years of experience in B2B Integrated Marketing, Campaign Management, or Account-Based Marketing, preferably with experience in the security or networking industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills and past experience working closely with Sales Teams and Sales Leadership to ensure go-to-market alignment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Marketo), Salesforce, 6sense (or similar ABM platforms), Asana, and analytics solutions (e.g. Looker or Tableau).
  • Curiosity to learn, translate, and deliver security and networking specific content for greater consumption to key audiences.
  • Project management of campaign assets and activation with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
