About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Integrated Project Management Specialist (Level 4) to join the Precision Strike (Formerly Precision Engagement Systems) Program Integration team in Saint Charles, MO! The selected candidate will serve as a part of the Program Integration Office supporting the St. Charles Site and the Cruise Missile Systems / Direct Attack portfolios. Key areas of responsibility include managing and driving integration across production and development programs. Skills required for this position include an understanding of project management and should be the ability to demonstrate the aptitude to work across functions having strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines
• Strong communication skills, and experience in interacting with executive leadership
• 5+ years' experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
• 5+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Office Applications
• This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Facilities, Program Management and other functions to help develop and execute a St. Charles site facilities strategy (near-term through five years), including seating plans, space allocation, utilization metrics, and business-case development for capital or lease actions.
• Lead site-level staffing strategy: workforce planning, hiring forecasts, role definitions, onboarding/succession plans, and alignment to program demand.
• Lead the Precision Engagement Systems Risk, Issue and Opportunity Board; track actions, drive resolution, and report status to leadership.
• Manage, develop, and motivate employees to combine the team’s energy and expertise to achieve a common objective and attain higher levels of performance.
