About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience
• Strong systems analysis experience in complex enterprise application environments
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): analysis, design, build, testing, and implementation
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and system dependencies
• Vendor application certification may be required depending on assigned projects
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of enterprise applications
• Serve as the functional and technical liaison between business, clinical, and IT teams
• Gather, validate, and document detailed system requirements to guide application enhancements
• Design, modify, and maintain applications, business rules, and algorithms using internal and vendor tools
• Ensure data integrity and validate system changes across multiple platforms
• Support system integrations and strategic initiatives to improve business processes
• Develop and maintain test plans and quality assurance procedures
• Manage small- to mid-sized projects independently, ensuring timely delivery
• Mentor junior analysts and support onboarding and professional development
• Participate in on-call support as required to maintain service reliability
