Translate strategy into IT demand and multi‑quarter roadmaps; align to portfolio and capacity; build business cases, sequence work, and track benefits realization. Elicit and document requirements; define solution options and trade‑offs; align to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance. Coordinate cross‑functional delivery (FTE/contractors); manage RAID items; provide executive updates on status, risks, decisions, and mitigations. Act as escalation point for service restoration; analyze incident/problem trends (MTTR, backlog); drive continual service improvement using ITIL practices. Build KPI/OKR dashboards; synthesize data into recommendations that quantify cost, risk, and outcome impacts. Apply governance (ITIL, PMO, change control) and regulated environment expectations (cGMP, CSV/CSA, data integrity, SOX‑relevant controls); support audits/CAPAs. Liaise with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Enterprise Apps, QA/ITQ, PMO, Procurement/Finance, and vendors to align deliverables to standards, SLAs, and site needs. Identify friction points; propose policy/standard updates; contribute to BRM playbooks, intake models, and engagement templates.
