We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing enhancement of our global commerce platforms. This role partners closely with engineering, UX, architecture, business stakeholders, and regional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality digital commerce capabilities across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is both technically fluent and business‑savvy—able to translate complex commerce needs into actionable product requirements, drive cross‑functional alignment, and ensure the platform continuously evolves to meet global customer expectations. The Senior Product Owner will set and communicate the product vision, develop and maintain the product roadmap, and define key operational processes like the product release schedule. The individual in this role will work closely with business partners and customers to define epics that align with key business objectives for the Scrum or Kanban team. The Senior Product Owner tracks and manages product funding and defines work priorities for individuals dedicated to the product team. They will balance new features against continuous improvement, system health, and support. The Senior Product Owner works directly with a team of analysts, engineers and other product team members to execute the product roadmap, guide the product development lifecycle, define user stories, and provide voice of the customer within product processes."
