The Senior Project Manager, IT is a strategic leader within the Program & Transaction Management Office (PMO), responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives that support BAYADA Home Health Care’s mission and operational excellence. This role oversees large-scale healthcare IT programs, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, interoperability, and analytics solutions, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and on budget. The Senior Project Manager drives alignment between business goals, clinical workflows, and technical solutions while fostering strong collaboration across IT, clinical, operations, and finance teams. This position leads robust project governance, manages risk, and delivers executive-level reporting and performance metrics. The role champions continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance delivery quality and consistency across the organization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability. Four (4) year college degree. Minimum five (5) years of progressive IT project management experience, including at least four (4) years in healthcare IT environments. Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, complex, cross-functional enterprise programs. Experience in healthcare systems such as EHR platforms, interoperability solutions, infrastructure initiatives, or cybersecurity programs. Strong knowledge of clinical and operational workflows within healthcare settings. Project management certifications preferred (e.g., CAPM, CSM, PMP) with working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and enterprise project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira). Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with demonstrated executive presence. Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority. Experience managing change initiatives and applying formal change management methodologies. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure, ambiguous environments.
