The Senior Manager, Labor & Compliance will play a critical role in identifying and addressing systemic labor and workplace risks through data-driven insights. This leader will analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources—including SMETA audits, ethics and compliance hotline activity, employee investigations, turnover metrics, and safety incidents—to identify trends, themes, and root causes across the organization. By examining patterns such as turnover by plant, production line, shift, or supervisor, this role will move beyond reactive issue management to develop and implement proactive, sustainable solutions. The Senior Manager will partner cross-functionally with HR, Operations, Safety, and Compliance teams to translate insights into targeted interventions that strengthen employee experience, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement across the workforce.
