About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant for Third Party Risk Insights to join our dynamic risk management team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and executing processes for the identification, management, and remediation of risk related to third parties. Your role will ensure that our third-party risk posture remains robust, compliant, and aligned with our organization’s risk appetite. In this role, you will: Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership. Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise. Process Design and Implementation: Lead the creation and continuous improvement of processes to manage third party risk findings, ensuring effective identification, tracking, and closure of issues. Lead monitoring of material findings and mandatory remediation actions and timelines. Remediation Monitoring: Establish monitoring protocols for weak rated assessment remediation, ensuring timely and effective risk reduction in accordance with organizational standards. Escalation Processes: Define and maintain escalation procedures for unresolved or high-impact findings, enabling timely leadership awareness and intervention. Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including risk owners, business units, and compliance teams, to embed risk management best practices throughout the organization. Reporting and Metrics: Redesign and deliver comprehensive reporting on findings management activities, trends, and outcomes for executive audiences. Translate Third‑Party lifecycle data (e.g., risk assessments, weak‑rated findings, deficiencies) into concise trends, root‑cause insights, and recommended actions. This will include outputs that will be presented to senior executive stakeholders and risk committees. Lead timely escalation of high-risk items identified in trend analysis and closure of actionable items ensuring artifacts meet program requirements and audit readiness.
