As the Senior Leader – Test Automation Team at JPMorgan Chase, you will set the vision, strategy, and execution for test automation across the organization. You will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation frameworks and tools. Your role includes championing AI-driven testing solutions, collaborating with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, and integrating industry best practices. Requirements

Deep expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of AI-powered testing tools and AI-based defect prediction
Experience with API testing (REST, SOAP, Postman, RestAssured)
Understanding of performance and security testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
Strong data analytics skills to interpret test data, metrics, and dashboards
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
