About The Position

The Learning Facilitation Team brings learning experiences to life across instructor‑led, virtual, and blended environments. We deliver engaging, practice‑focused sessions; support smooth program execution through strong logistics and coordination; and partner closely with instructional designers and subject‑matter experts to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery. We’re looking for a Senior Learning Facilitator who excels at creating meaningful learner experiences, demonstrates strong facilitation presence and classroom management skills, and contributes to operational excellence across our delivery programs.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, organization, and learner‑engagement skills.
  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of learning facilitation experience, including advanced facilitation techniques and effective classroom/virtual classroom management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience applying adult learning principles and familiarity with curriculum design processes, including classroom and blended learning solutions and the ADDIE model (Assess, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate).
  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute learning sessions and logistics with precision.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to ensure smooth delivery and alignment between content and facilitation.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the delivery of instructor-led learning opportunities, both in-person and virtually.
  • Provide input on the learning content design, development, and enhancement process.
  • Supports the knowledge, skills, and productivity of the organization's associates through the delivering of engaging instructor led training and virtual instructor led training, new hire instruction, and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Serves as a consultant in the design and development of learning content and resources.
  • Uses needs assessment techniques to propose recommended learning delivery.
  • Ensures the delivery of high-quality, effective, targeted instructor-led delivery.
  • Personalizes content when appropriate and prepares for learning opportunities by mapping content to team needs.
  • Interacts with communications team to develop a specific communication plan when appropriate.
  • Leads supports scheduling and logistics of instructor-led learning delivery opportunities.
  • Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.
  • Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.
  • Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results.
  • Determines and develops an approach to solutions.
  • Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.
  • May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc.
  • Contributes to employees' professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority.
