Overview Are you excited about helping shape the legal foundation of a fast-growing B2B SaaS company? At HYCU, we’re building the future of data protection for modern, cloud-native environments. As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to own and scale our commercial contracting engine —enabling revenue while protecting the company—and to lead key legal workstreams including data protection contracting and IP strategy. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner most closely with Sales, GTM, Deal Desk, Finance, and RevOps to drive efficient deal cycles and establish repeatable contracting standards. You’ll also support Product and Leadership on data protection/privacy contracting and the protection of HYCU’s intellectual property. If you thrive in fast-moving companies, enjoy solving complex business problems, and want meaningful ownership of legal strategy, this could be the perfect opportunity. This role reports to the company’s CFO.
