Requirements

  • 12+ years of active litigation experience, with substantial expertise in commercial, real estate, and employment litigation.
  • Extensive trial experience and a demonstrated ability to lead complex litigation from inception through resolution.
  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
  • Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
  • Strong leadership and client management skills, with a focus on providing innovative, solution-oriented legal strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead Complex Litigation: Strategically manage and lead high-stakes commercial, real estate, and employment litigation matters in Colorado state courts.
  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key advisor to clients and the firm, providing strategic direction and counsel on complex legal issues.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with attorneys, fostering their professional development and ensuring the highest quality of work.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring proactive communication throughout the litigation process.
  • Efficient Caseload Management: Oversee and efficiently manage a substantial caseload with a focus on timely and successful outcomes.
  • Business Development: Actively participate in business development efforts to expand the firm’s litigation practice and enhance client relationships.

Benefits

  • Salary Range - $160,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience)
  • Quarterly Bonus Potential - from 3% to 16% of total realized revenue with no billable hour requirements. Bonuses are tied to clear objective metrics, offering substantial earning potential for high performers.
