About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations and ensure efficient supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, extensive logistics experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will report directly to our Director ISC Operations and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location.

Requirements

• YOU MUST HAVE A minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics management or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics software and supply chain management tools.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in logistics management.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CLTD) is a plus.
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies that enhance operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Manage logistics teams and provide training and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee the movement, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to streamline supply chain operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports on logistics performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational processes.
• Manage budgets, analyze costs, and track expenses to optimize logistics spending.
