The Anoka County Compliance and Risk Management Department’s mission is preserving assets with governance, integrity, and care. The department has an immediate opening for a Senior Loss Control Specialist. The Senior Loss Control Specialist develops policies and procedures for comprehensive risk management program that seeks to reduce or eliminate the possibility that a loss will occur and/or reduce or eliminate the severity of those that do occur. This position is responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing Anoka County's Risk Management program to include the Safety and Health of employees and patrons, property, auto and liability risks. This is a full-time, non-exempt, hybrid position. Interviews will take place the week of 02/23/2026 for those selected to move forward in the hiring process.
