About The Position

As a Senior M&A Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and driving Honeywell's mergers and acquisitions strategy within the Aerospace and Defense sector. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence, leading deal negotiations, and overseeing post-merger integration. Your strategic vision, leadership skills, and ability to drive successful M&A outcomes will be essential in contributing to the growth and success of Honeywell. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact strategic growth, financial performance, risk management, advanced valuation, due diligence, legal compliance, integration planning, stakeholder relations, market and competitive analysis, deal execution, post-merger performance monitoring, long-term strategy, and shareholder value. Your role is instrumental in shaping the organization's most complex M&A strategies, ensuring that deals align with its goals and contribute to its long-term success.
