Job Description: We’re excited to recruit a motivated Senior Maintenance Technician to join our 1st shift team in Brillion, WI! In this role, you’ll play a key part in performing repairs and preventive maintenance on both electrical and mechanical systems, helping keep our operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Completion of a Technical diploma or Associate’s Degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience required
  • Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of equipment
  • Experience repairing, troubleshooting, and programming PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and operator interfaces
  • Experience in CNC / Robotics
  • Ability to install piping systems including copper / black iron
  • Basic Electrical knowledge
  • Hydraulic / Pneumatics
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Read and interpreting schematics to troubleshoot and install equipment
  • Completing preventative, corrective, and unplanned maintenance tasks
  • Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while supporting the vision of creating an environment where no one can ever get hurt
  • Communicate with all levels of the organization, i.e., via reports, e-mail, verbally, and/or in small/large group settings, in a team environment
  • Accurately carry out and assist in the development of preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Support and develop downtime reduction initiatives
