JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Senior Management Consultant [Program Management And Analytical Support Services] in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focussing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) - Personnel Service Center (CG-PSC) (USCG / CG-PSC) | CG-PSC Business Operations Division (PSC-BOPS) / Mission Support Portfolio Generally Located In Washington, DC and across the United States – Mid-Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working On-Site (Client Site). Provide organizational transformation, strategic execution, and mission-support modernization within a Federal civilian/military environment as part of advisory + execution support, embedded with leadership, focused on outcomes such as adoption, alignment, performance improvement, and decision quality. Supporting Categories: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategic Planning & Performance Management Business Transformation & Process Improvement Program & Project Management (PMO / Portfolio Management) Governance, Facilitation, and Executive Communications Data, Analytics, and Decision-Support Enablement (non-IT systems modernization) Guides executive-level initiatives; applies advanced project-management, business-process, and re-engineering expertise; reviews deliverables and provides executive coaching. Requirements

7 yrs; or 5 yrs with a Master's or higher.
Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field AND PMP/DHS mid-level PM (or equivalent).
