About The Position

Area General Manager – Multi‑Site Corporate Dining Location: Nashville TN (Headquarters) + Three Additional Nashville Locations Company: Sodexo Corporate Services Lead a High‑Profile, Multi‑Site Operation in the Heart of Nashville Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an accomplished and relationship‑driven Senior Area General Manager to oversee a large, dynamic corporate dining portfolio based at our client’s headquarters in Nashville TN , with leadership responsibility for three additional locations throughout Nashville . Our operation is a mix of cafes, catering, coffee bar and a daycare feeding This is a highly visible role perfect for a strategic, client‑focused operator with strong financial skills and a proven background in multi‑unit leadership. Incentives M-F 6am to 4pm with some evenings, no weekends What You'll Do What You’ll Do As the Area General Manager , you will serve as the senior operational leader across all Nashville sites and be the primary on‑site leader at the headquarters campus. Requirements

  • Multi‑unit or multi‑site management experience (required)
  • Strong financial acumen , particularly in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Background or comfort with accounting and financial discussions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client partnerships
  • Experience leading large teams, developing leaders, and driving operational consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor ’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across 4 locations
  • Lead and support 5 salaried managers at headquarters , and 3 salaried managers at each of the additional sites
  • Ensure consistent operational standards, customer experience, and service excellence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at headquarters
  • Foster trust, proactively identify opportunities, and collaborate with clients to enhance service delivery
  • Partner closely with finance teams to drive performance
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to manage food cost, labor, and overall profitability
  • Mentor and develop a large, diverse team across multiple locations
  • Promote a positive culture, employee engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure HR compliance, staffing, training, and performance management
  • Visit each Nashville site at least weekly
  • Provide administrative oversight, operational guidance, and relationship support
