Requirements
- Experience designing automation solutions from concept to operational integration.
- Deep knowledge of material handling and industry automation technologies/providers.
- Ability to influence leaders and engineering teams across diverse markets and cultures.
- Strong vendor management skills to co-develop innovative solutions.
- Commitment to team growth through targeted training and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
- 6 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
- 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
- Shape automation investment strategies and design market-specific roadmaps aligned with Walmart’s goals.
- Lead cross-market projects to implement cutting-edge technologies in stores, distribution, and fulfillment centers.
- Partner with innovation labs and vendors to test and validate emerging technologies for operational integration.
- Define and communicate automation best practices to leaders and teams worldwide.
- Build market team capabilities by coaching leaders and scaling new automation solutions across regions.
