Drive the growth and innovation of a highly complex category as Walmart’s Senior Manager, Category Management. This is a unique opportunity to shape category strategy, leverage analytics, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results for millions of customers. About the Category Management Team: Our team is at the forefront of data-driven decision making, collaborating across merchandising, analytics, and platform teams to optimize assortment, pricing, and customer experience. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Requirements
- Expertise in category management, analytics, and market positioning.
- Strong experience with data tools (e.g., Scintilla, Madrid) and business reporting.
- Ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources and present to stakeholders.
- Proven track record in driving category growth and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail or related field and 4 years’ experience in business, retail or related field OR 6 years of experience in business, retail or related field

Responsibilities
- Provide actionable insights and analytics to merchants and account managers.
- Prepare and present sales growth, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
- Automate business reporting and monitor performance vs. forecast.
- Coordinate with platform teams to deliver customer and performance insights.
- Report on key events and initiatives.
