The Light Commercial Sr. Channel Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of channel marketing strategies to drive volume, profit, and market share within the Light Commercial segment. This role plays a critical part in shaping Carrier’s go-to-market strategy and strengthening relationships with key distribution partners. The Sr. Channel Manager – Light Commercial Solutions is responsible for leading the strategy for commercialization of Light Commercial HVAC solutions to a multi-faceted customer base. This role will work closely with the Carrier, Bryant, ICP and replacement component channel managers to provide best in class customer experiences and support to our channel partners. Success will require the ability to think strategically, develop new go to market strategies, work with 3rd party vendors and a mindset that is continuously learning, seeking feedback and channel input as well as a willingness to explore and test new strategies for growth. This highly visible role will also require strong communication skills and the ability to tailor the message as appropriate for the target audience. The successful candidate will have an innovative customer first mindset and be forward thinking, striving to meet the future needs of our customers. The candidate must have balanced knowledge between marketing, business and go-to-market strategy as well as be able to quickly learn and understand the technical aspects HVAC products to better be able to market them to our customer base.
