Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy– AI Acceleration
About The Position
Walmart is building a new AI Acceleration, Product & Design organization to lead our next wave of enterprise transformation. As Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy – AI Acceleration, you will serve as a strategic partner to Product and Design leadership, shaping how ideas move from concept to funded priorities, how value is articulated and measured, and how the organization operates at scale across the enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operating execution. You will be responsible for framing business cases, defining ways of working, and orchestrating alignment across Finance, Technology, People, and Strategy to ensure Product and Design investments deliver measurable enterprise impact. The Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy reports directly to the Director of Corporate Strategy – AI Acceleration and operates as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Product, Design, and the broader enterprise. Success in this role requires strategic rigor, strong financial fluency, and the ability to influence across complex, matrixed environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area and 5 years’ experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Design leadership to translate vision, roadmaps, and platform strategies into clear enterprise narratives and investment cases.
- Lead the development of business cases for AI-enabled platforms, tools, and experiences, including sizing value, articulating tradeoffs, and sequencing investments.
- Establish strategy and operating frameworks that enable Product and Design teams to work effectively with Finance, Technology, and People.
- Define and standardize approaches to value definition, benefit measurement, and outcome tracking across horizontal platforms and initiatives.
- Facilitate alignment across the enterprise by connecting Product and Design priorities to corporate strategy, financial planning, and resource allocation processes.
- Act as a strategic integrator, helping teams navigate governance, funding models, and decision forums to accelerate execution.
- Prepare and present clear, executive-ready materials for senior leaders on strategy, investment priorities, risks, and progress.
