The Senior Manager, Creative Operations will help shape and evolve the operational infrastructure that enables our global creative organization to function at scale. This role focuses on how workflows across the system, partnering with Global Marketing, clusters, and channel teams to design scalable workflows, operating models, and enabling technologies that support creative delivery. Reporting into the Sr. Director, Creative Operations, this leader will partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Project Management, Production, IT, and Finance to improve operational clarity, reduce friction, and enable the organization to deliver work more efficiently across campaigns, channels, and markets.
