Manager, Delivery Transformation, you'll pioneer next-generation professional
services by reimagining global processes through AI and automation.

Within the AWS Professional Services Global Delivery Organization, you'll
oversee a high-impact team that scales across sales and delivery, eliminates
friction, and creates intelligent workflows that elevate our business. Your
innovations will enhance customer experiences while improving operational
efficiency globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
• 10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience
• Experience with AI/ML technologies
• Experience coordinating and leading large-scale Digital or Global IT Transformation initiatives

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud technology
• Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
• Experience managing P&L
• Experience building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
• Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred
• Sales and negotiation skills for opportunity capture and proposal development

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic vision for AI-enabled transformation across global delivery processes
• Identify and implement process optimization, automation, and AI integration opportunities
• Develop AI-powered tools that augment delivery capabilities with cross-functional teams
• Establish metrics and analyze data to measure transformation effectiveness
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of delivery transformation experts
• Present transformation roadmaps and results to executive leadership
• Build partnerships across AWS to align transformation with organizational priorities
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and feedback loops
• Influence strategic direction of global delivery capabilities and methodologies
• Enhance service quality through streamlined delivery workflows
