The US SME Customer Marketing team deepens relationships with existing customers by offering powerful backing and financial support to Small & Middle Market businesses through the US SME distribution system (digital, phone & field sales). The Senior Manager, Digital Customer Marketing will lead the Demand Gen (lead warming) strategy for the US SME managed customer segment, delivering high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns to deepen customer engagement and generate demand across the funnel. This role involves complex campaign execution, quantitative analysis, and a deep understanding of how marketing capabilities can drive efficiency for Sales.
