Position Summary The Sr. Manager, Digital Product is a member of the Aetna Digital Member Experience Team responsible for translating business and customer needs into clear, actionable work for a cross-functional delivery team. This role defines and refines user stories, prioritizes the team backlog, and ensures the team is focused on delivering the highest-value outcomes for both members and colleagues. This position streamlines day-to-day execution while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the team’s features and components. The role is accountable for ensuring work meets quality expectations and is completed according to agreed standards, including serving as the primary approver for stories marked complete (“done”). The Sr. Manager, Digital Product partners closely with product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, prepare the team for planning and delivery cycles, and coordinate inputs across design, engineering, data, and operational partners to deliver valuable digital and omnichannel experiences.
