About The Position

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Deploys and supports Digital & Technology (D&T) products into NA market, as prioritised by BG-BU CDIOs. Lands D&T enabled outcomes on time and within budget, ensuring integration and embedment in the focus market for growth, savings, and operational effectiveness. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE • Drives Business deployment in the focus market for D&T, especially focused on landing products prioritised by CDIOs that are common across BUs • Leads the planning, execution, and management of digital, data, and AI product deployment. • Collaborates with stakeholders to define scope, goals, plans and timelines • Ensures the successful integration of digital technologies into existing systems and processes. • Supports local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation across domains, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement • Manages requirements and validation including: local data, systems integration, cross-product integration • Accountable for business sign-off and validation • Supports focus market change assessment & change management (including process change) for focus country and BU-specific priorities • Front line issue management across D&T products landing in the country

Requirements

• Digital expertise – experience with digital (Data, AI, tech) projects / products / programmes
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Program / plan management to ensure delivery of outcomes
• Execution excellence
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
