In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling high-impact field marketing programs that foster demand generation and strengthen relationships with customers and partners. Your contributions will encompass executing events from inception to follow-up, facilitating collaboration across various functions, and continuously optimizing performance metrics. Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B field marketing and events, ideally in high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven track record in delivering measurable impact through events.
  • Strong execution experience across diverse event types.
  • Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration and partnership.
  • High standards in project and vendor management for optimal event execution.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make timely, quality decisions.
  • Effective communicator for managing stakeholders and aligning teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own execution of priority field marketing programs, including conferences and owned events.
  • Run tentpole conference programs end-to-end, managing timelines and vendor coordination.
  • Iterate the event playbook through comprehensive planning templates and post-mortems.
  • Drive conversion post-events by coordinating lead routing and follow-up sequences.
  • Execute partner field programs with strategic partners to create new demand.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive event experiences.
  • Track KPIs and improve performance through data analysis and learning loops.
