Summary : With minimal direction and supervision of direct reports, performs complex financial analysis involving company expenses, income, and other business results based on past, present, and future operations. Reports to CFO Robertet North America. Assists in evaluating information for setting the strategic direction for business.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Accounting
  • 7+ years’ experience with financial planning and reporting responsibilities (including supervisory/management direct report(s))
  • Knowledge of business valuation approaches
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills building business models
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • CPA or equivalent credential preferred
  • Experience with Oracle ERP preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support CFO in analyzing and selecting best alternatives to strategic initiatives, operating model, and operational execution of the Region.
  • Manages annual Budget and Forecast process setting timing, guidelines, and requirements.
  • Researches, analyzes, and reports fluctuations in financial and business results to identify trends and research variances; makes recommendations to improve company performance and resolve issues.
  • Create financial, operational, and business models supporting business objectives.
  • Assist Divisions (Flavors, Fragrances, Ingredients) in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for the development of strong business plans.
  • Collaborate with Director Supply Chain Finance in evaluating and reporting of manufacturing and operational performance.
  • Lead the development of competitive and market research business intelligence.
  • Analyzes and interprets various financial reports and statistics for management; makes recommendations to ensure proper business decisions are made.
  • Recommends changes to streamline accounting systems and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and appropriate utilization of resources
  • Support Director Financial Operations with managing external audit requests.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
