We’re looking for a Senior Manager in FP&A to join our Corporate Forecasting team. This opportunity fills a role that directly supports the enterprise quarterly public release, annual business plan, and coordination of enterprise forecasting processes.

Requirements

  • Finance and Accounting: Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. Coaches others in the use of financial management practices and tools. Designs financial analysis approaches and modeling specific to the business. Reviews key financial and performance indicators used by the corporation.
  • Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. Adapts financial analysis methods to support organizational goals.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Makes sound business decisions on behalf of the group when faced with complex and contradictory alternatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree within Accounting, Finance, or related area
  • 10+ years of accounting and accounting systems experience, preferably within a large and/or multinational corporation
  • Strong communications skills with a passion for asking questions and suggesting improvements
  • Desire to develop and grow your career within a Fortune 100 company
  • Deep expertise in accounting information system as well as financial forecasting and analysis
  • Ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • System process expert, acting as a point of contact for other corporate finance members to engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving system related topics (OneStream)
  • Liaison between Corporate finance and IT for the purpose of developing system improvements (OneStream)
  • Owns the enterprise variance analysis process (Form M) related to the forecast
  • Manages key enterprise presentations for the Outlook process
  • Acts as team leader for the forecasting team, helping to guide and develop other team members
  • Calculates Profit Per Share (PPS) for the enterprise forecast
