See Preferred Skills below Position Purpose: As the Senior Manager, Financial Planning, you will oversee, maintain and update budget systems, analyze monthly reports and update company forecast models. Develop and analyze budget and financial forecast processes for Medicare Review Medicare SG&A reporting and obtain data required for planning work function activities Oversee Medicare SG&A organizational activities and recommend improvements Disseminate relevant financial information to business unit leaders for effective decision making Effective communication with Medicare Leaders and Business Partners Evaluate and update policies and procedures to improve quality and ensure compliance with all related laws, regulations and executive orders Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 6+ years of public accounting or related experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Hyperion and reporting systems experience preferred.
  • People Leader experience

Nice To Haves

  • FP&A experience
  • Experience with streamlining and improving workflows for increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across operations.
  • Demonstrated people management experience, leading teams to achieve goals and drive performance
  • MBA preferred.
  • CPA preferred.
