THE WORK [We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee corporate and executive financial reporting. This role will serve as a critical partner to senior leadership, responsible for translating complex financial results and forecasts into clear, decision-ready insights. The ideal candidate brings exceptional financial modeling skills, strong accounting and financial statement expertise, and deep experience leading planning, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience across corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles; investment banking and/or management consulting experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced financial modeling expertise, including building models from the ground up, with deep understanding of financial statements and their interdependencies.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, executive-level insights and presentations; highly detail-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and tactical levels.
- Advanced experience with Anaplan or similar enterprise financial planning systems.

Responsibilities
- Own the preparation of executive-level financial reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors with detailed analysis and accuracy.
- Lead the annual financial and operating planning process, coordinating with cross-functional partners to consolidate company-wide resource requests and prepare leadership-level materials.
- Maintain rolling forecasts and long-range outlooks, incorporating business performance, strategic initiatives, and macro considerations.
- Support broader FP&A team with maintaining sophisticated financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Play a leadership role in the monthly close process, including review of results and reconciliation of Budget vs. Actuals (BvA).
