About The Position

We’re hiring a strategic and innovative technology leader to oversee the design, delivery, and evolution of our global IT infrastructure. In this role, you will guide the architecture, security, operations, and modernization of our on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will play a critical part in building a secure, scalable, and resilient technology foundation that enables digital transformation and supports our global operations. You’ll partner closely with business and site leaders, lead a high‑performing team, and ensure technology services are reliable, efficient, and aligned with our long‑term growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure leadership within complex, multi‑site environments.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), networking, architecture, and security.
  • Proven success leading teams and large‑scale modernization or cloud migration initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in industrial or mining environments (IT + OT experience is a strong asset).
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Azure, Cisco, or FortiGate are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, decision‑making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead through change, develop talent, and build a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Strength in budgeting, vendor management, and prioritization under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead our global infrastructure strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Oversee infrastructure operations to ensure reliability, high availability, and performance.
  • Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, automation, and platform improvements.
  • Strengthen infrastructure security and collaborate with cybersecurity teams on threat mitigation.
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
  • Manage and mentor infrastructure and operations teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong vendor and MSP partnerships; negotiate contracts and manage service performance.
  • Oversee infrastructure budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and effective technology solutions.
