About The Position

The Coca-Cola Company is building a next-generation, AI-powered marketing analytics ecosystem. We are hiring a senior manager to apply machine learning, GenAI, and advanced statistical modeling to large-scale consumer and shopper data. Hybrid work| Global exposure| High leadership visibility Location: Atlanta Preferred (Dublin/London possible)

Requirements

  • Strong experience in marketing, consumer, or shopper analytics, ideally withing CPG or a related industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and data analysis
  • Experience working with consumer tracking, household panel, and syndicated retail data (e.g. Nielsen, household panels).
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI; experience with Azure ML or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience applying analytics to real business decisions (Marketing, growth, pricing or optimization).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply ML Models, advanced analytics, and GenAI to marketing and commercial use cases.
  • Work with large, complex datasets including consumer tracking, household panels, and syndicated retail data.
  • Partner with data platform teams to enable scalable, real-time analytics solutions.
  • Translate analytical outputs into clear business recommendations for global stakeholders.
