As a Senior Manager, Global Marketing Strategy, you will be part of a team bringing the magic of Disney into homes around the world every day. Disney Consumer Products (DCP) marketing strategy team is responsible for developing compelling marketing programs for commercial priorities, and working with internal and external partners to optimise campaigns. As a storyteller, you will craft and implement strategies that connect with consumers in groundbreaking new ways. You will have knowledge of the marketing drivers, an ability to create from concept to activation, and a desire to connect insights and your voice to champion change. You will work with beloved franchises including Disney Princess, Disney's Frozen, and Moana. A day with DCP may begin with driving long-term global marketing planning, leading a global marketing Task Force on a campaign touching multiple lines of business, working with business leads to help craft a multi-year marketing plan, engaging with licensee and retailer stakeholders, or providing strategic feedback to creative teams. Your experience with creative concepting, social (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), digital (Ad-based, web, E-commerce), experiential, influencer, retail, and content-based marketing will help promote impactful and efficient marketing programs. Your ability to lead and grow a team of direct reports will elevate the team's outputs for success. This position will report to the Director, Global Marketing Strategy.
