About The Position
A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Senior Manager of Global Operations Finance, you will partner with operations and finance teams to deliver actional financial insights, and drive margin improvement and operational performance. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Global Operation Finance. You Will Make an Impact By: Lead and coordinate financial planning and analysis including budgeting, forecasting and annual planning for global manufacturing operations Partner with division controllers to analyze manufacturing operation performance drivers; Provide analysis and insights on global financial results and key metrics Partner with operations teams to implement operational efficiency and profitability improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies Lead the standardization of key operation finance metrics, definitions and calculations methodologies. Implement the best practices in reporting and analysis across divisions Lead and support improvement initiatives in financial processes, systems and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, with significant exposure to operation finance in manufacturing companies
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
