About The Position

Starface is looking for a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing to lead and scale our creator ecosystem across platforms and communities. In this role, you’ll report directly to our SVP, Marketing and own the influencer marketing function end to end—defining strategy, driving execution, and building a best-in-class creator program that delivers both cultural relevance and measurable business impact. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, Social, PR, and Brand Marketing to bring product launches and brand initiatives to life through creators. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how Starface shows up in culture—building long-term relationships with creators, evolving our approach to influencer marketing, and establishing it as a key driver of both brand and performance. The right person for this role is both highly creative and deeply analytical, a strong operator, and a relationship-driven leader. You have a clear point of view on the creator landscape, know how to translate brand strategy into breakthrough content, and are equally comfortable operating at a strategic level as you are executing day to day. Requirements

  • You have 6–8+ years of experience in influencer, creator, or partnership marketing, ideally within CPG, beauty, or lifestyle brands
  • You’ve owned and scaled influencer programs with both creative and performance accountability
  • You’re a strategic thinker who can translate brand and business goals into effective creator programs
  • You have a strong track record of developing briefs that lead to high-performing, culturally relevant content
  • You’re highly organized and can manage complex programs across multiple workstreams and timelines
  • You’re data-driven and comfortable using performance metrics to guide decisions and optimization
  • You’re an excellent communicator and relationship builder with creators, agents, and agencies
  • You have deep platform fluency and understand how content evolves across formats and audiences
  • You have experience with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, Aspire, Grin, LTK, Impact, or similar
  • You have experience managing or mentoring team members and building scalable processes
  • You’re scrappy, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • You balance creativity with analytical thinking and have a strong sense of taste
  • You enjoy building systems, processes, and programs from the ground up
  • You take ownership and operate with a founder mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the creator strategy: Define and lead the influencer marketing roadmap across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and growth goals
  • Build and scale a best-in-class creator ecosystem: Identify, recruit, and develop a diverse, culturally relevant network of creators, building long-term partnerships that drive consistent, high-quality output and brand advocacy
  • Lead creative direction and briefing for creators: Develop insight-driven, platform-native briefs that translate brand strategy into compelling, authentic storytelling
  • Own end-to-end program execution: Lead campaign execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, including planning, contracting, onboarding (CreatorIQ), approvals, timelines, and delivery
  • Act as the central driver of cross-functional integration: Partner closely with Growth, Creative, Social, PR, Retail, and Product teams to ensure influencer is embedded across all major campaigns and launches
  • Own performance and optimization: Define and track KPIs including creator onboarding, organic views, EMV, and content volume; analyze performance and continuously optimize strategy and investment
  • Deliver reporting and insights: Translate creator performance into clear, actionable insights that connect to business outcomes and inform broader marketing decisions
  • Stay ahead of trends and culture: Maintain a strong point of view on platform evolution, creator trends, and cultural moments to keep Starface innovative and relevant
  • Own and scale the influencer function: Build and refine systems, processes, and infrastructure to support program growth, while managing external partners and tools
  • Lead and develop the team: Manage, develop, and mentor 1-2 direct report(s) , fostering growth while building a high-performing, scalable function
