We are seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications who specializes in communicating with frontline and field-based teams. This role is central to how information flows across the business—especially to branch leaders, sales teams, and operations. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, deeply organized, and comfortable operating as the central point of coordination for internal communications. They do not wait for requests—they actively gather, prioritize, and translate information from across the organization into clear, actionable messaging for the field. Internal communication is a business-critical function in our organization. This role directly impacts execution, alignment, and performance across dozens of branches and hundreds of leaders.
