About The Position

Manager, IT Contracts M&A to support the global enterprise as we continue to evolve through M&A. This is a newly created position which will be a part of the IT focused on M&A. The role is responsible for leading contract due diligence, developing integration and separation strategies for third-party technology and services, creating IT contract roadmaps for acquired entities, and managing contract negotiations that enable seamless Day 1 readiness and long-term value capture. This position will be vital in ensuring a seamless technical integration/separation for already announced acquisitions including Boyd, Fibrebond, Ultra PCS, Resilient Power, as well as any other acquisitions or divestitures done. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management, procurement, asset management, and/or contract negotiations.
  • At least 5 years of experience working on M&A integrations.
  • At least 5 years of experience working within a complex, multinational company.
  • Ability to use BI and a firm understanding of our ERP systems
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Assertiveness
  • Customer service and collaboration
  • Experience with all key IT groups and a firm understanding of IT categories (software, hardware, digital, etc.)

  • J.D. from an accredited institution helpful.
