We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to lead our B2B lifecycle marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative lifecycle programs across multiple channels to drive conversions, enhance customer engagement, and maximize lifetime value for our suite of agent-focused insurance and fintech products. You will manage and mentor a team of lifecycle marketers, drive high impact conversion strategies, and ensure effective execution of programs across email, SMS, in-product and other channels. You will be a data-driven leader, leveraging experimentation and insights to create compelling experiences and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep operational expertise, a passion for experimentation and optimization, and at least 8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing.
