About The Position

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns in HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a track record of producing clear, effective marketing copy.
  • Experience providing visual direction and managing creative outputs for marketing campaigns.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment with a bias toward action.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • High internal standards for quality, accuracy, and follow-through in campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of day-to-day marketing activation across channels, with a focus on organic social and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs, ensure campaign readiness, and maintain high standards of execution.
  • Write, edit, and finalize B2B marketing copy that is clear, compelling, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Provide creative direction to ensure visual assets effectively support marketing content.
  • Manage email and social programs in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar), including segmentation, QA, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
  • Maintain CRM and marketing database integrity through data validation, list management, and workflow oversight.
  • Apply strong editorial and operational judgment to determine when campaigns are ready for launch and when refinements are necessary.
