MGM Springfield is looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to bring our iconic brand portfolio to life. From concept to completion, you’ll oversee creative execution, ensure flawless campaign delivery, and shape the storytelling behind one of the most recognized names in entertainment.

Responsibilities

  • Drives social media strategy for the Property with a focus on increasing brand awareness and KPI performance across social and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Actively collaborates with department leadership to serve as strategic lead on marketing projects and implementation.
  • Ensures the smooth workflow of projects from start to finish, including identifying problems and recommending viable solutions.
  • Sets goals and objectives and leads project management and brand oversight for various internal stakeholder projects.

Requirements

  • Expert level project management skills, including ability to multi-task large-scale marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to write a strategic marketing plan that communicates high-level strategy and actionable tactics.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Bachelor's Degree, 2+ years of relevant experience and 6+ months of Supervisory experience.
