The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategic Enablement (Controls & Process Documentation) will be responsible for ensuring Consumer Marketing is operating in accordance with our promises to cardmembers, as well as meeting all regulatory obligations. The successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of governance activities and documentation that result in strong compliance and controls.
