Ironclad is looking for a Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, support our rapid scale, and make an outsized impact on our revenue goals. The ideal candidate has led teams selling a complex B2B SaaS product, has a track record of consistently exceeding quota through their teams, and knows how to build and optimize a repeatable, data-driven mid-market sales motion. This segment supports customers with employee counts up to 1,000 employees, with typical deal sizes ranging from $25K to 6-figure ACV. This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office. Office attendance is required at least twice a week for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.
