About The Position

The Senior Manager of Network Supply & Analytics leads end‑to-end network supply planning, advanced analytics, and operational performance visibility across the full supply chain. This role is accountable for ensuring an optimized, resilient, and data‑driven supply network through deep analytical insight, proactive scenario modeling, and cross‑functional partnership. You will develop and maintain analytical frameworks that support demand/supply alignment, warehouse capacity planning, production scheduling health, network capacity gap identification, and sales vs. supply risk analytics. This role is a key enabler of business planning, revenue projections, and strategic decision‑making across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales. Success requires a strong blend of quantitative capability, supply chain expertise, and cross‑functional leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 10 + years of progressive planning experience in multi-SKU CPG, with at least 5 years managing supply through contract manufacturers.
  • Deep knowledge of finite-capacity planning, inventory optimization, and co-manufacturing economics.
  • Hands-on expertise with modern ERP and PowerBI tools) and cloud data platforms.
  • Proven track record of building exception-based reporting that accelerated issue resolution.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with external partners from shop floor to C-suite.

Responsibilities

  • Network Supply Planning & Capacity Management
  • Convert demand forecasts into actionable supply, production, and capacity plans across all contract manufacturers and 3PL facilities.
  • Identify short‑ and long‑term capacity gaps using advanced analytics; recommend strategic actions to mitigate constraints.
  • Build scenario models to evaluate network resiliency, promotional impacts, and NPI feasibility.
  • Ensure service reliability through proactive mitigation of supply‑demand imbalances.
  • Analytics Leadership Across Operations & Supply Chain
  • Own the analytics roadmap that supports all operational functions, including:
  • Warehouse capacity planning and throughput forecasting.
  • Transportation and inventory analytics.
  • Sales vs. supply analysis, service‑level risk modeling, and early‑warning system development.
  • Revenue projection modeling tied to supply availability and operational constraints.
  • Develop automated dashboards and KPI reporting (PowerBI or equivalent) to drive exception‑based management.
  • Partner with Finance to quantify cost‑to‑serve drivers and drive continuous optimization.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership & Communication
  • Lead cross‑functional reviews with Demand Planning, Sales, Finance, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics.
  • Facilitate alignment across teams by translating complex analytics into clear, actionable decisions.
  • Communicate network risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and strategic insight.
  • Inventory, Master Data & Systems Governance
  • Guide inventory policy decisions using data‑driven analyses (safety stock, reorder points, raw‑material balancing).
  • Ensure data accuracy across planning systems (ERP, planning parameters, routing, BOMs).
  • Drive root‑cause analyses on inventory discrepancies, yield loss, and supply interruptions.
  • NPI & Commercial Readiness
  • Support product launches with capacity assessments, risk analysis, and cross‑functional readiness planning.
  • Ensure first‑production success across service, cost, and quality metrics.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team (including Senior Planners and Analytical Leads).
  • Build a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement.
