The Senior Manager of Data Strategy will collect, interpret, and synthesize data to uncover property, category, audience, and cultural insights that best position TKO and its properties – including UFC, WWE, and PBR – a partnership powerhouses. Ideal candidate is a confident communicator and natural data storyteller, with the ability to educate others and improve their self-sufficiency, over time. This individual will be Global Partnerships point person for collaboration with TKO Analytics team and third-party research vendors, extracting the most value from all resources. The Senior Manager of Data Strategy will sit within the Marketing Solutions team, leveraging data and insights to support the initial pitch and contracting of partnerships, as well as measuring the delivery and success of active partnerships to support renewals. This person will be adept at merging left and right brain thinking, turning metrics into impactful stories that resonate with unique partner objectives. Organization, problem solving, and ability to pivot quickly are key. Candidate should thrive in a supportive team environment that prizes collaboration, innovation, and leadership in all roles.
